You can block a creator from their profile page. Blocking hides their Characters from your feeds and from their profile.

How to block a creator

  1. Open the creator's profile.
  2. Tap More actions (the menu next to Share profile).
  3. Tap Block.
  4. In the "Block {name}?" window, tap Block again to confirm.

You'll see a message saying the creator is blocked. You have to be signed in to block someone. If you aren't, laffi will ask you to sign in first.

What happens when you block someone

  • Their Characters are hidden from your feeds and from their profile.
  • On their profile you'll see "You blocked this creator" where their Characters would normally be.
  • They won't be notified that you blocked them.
  • You can unblock them anytime.

If a creator is breaking the rules, you can also report them. On their profile, open More actions and tap Report profile.

How to unblock a creator

There are two ways to do it:

  • From their profile: open More actions and tap Unblock, or tap Unblock under "You blocked this creator".
  • From Settings: open your account menu, go to Settings, and scroll to Blocked creators. This list shows everyone you've blocked and the date you blocked each one. Tap Unblock next to a creator.

Once you unblock someone, their Characters show up for you again.

If something goes wrong

  • If you see "Could not block this creator. Try again." or "Could not unblock this creator. Try again.", wait a moment and try again.
  • If you see "Unable to connect. Check your network and try again.", check your internet connection and try again.
  • If "Could not load your blocked creators." appears in Settings, tap Try again.

Still stuck? Tap the chat bubble at the bottom right of laffi and ask for a person — we'll create a ticket and reply in the app and by email. You can also email [email protected].
