laffi is for adults (18+), and while romance and darker themes can be okay, some content is never allowed, even in fiction or role-play.

Where the rules apply

The rules cover everything on laffi: character names, images, descriptions, tags and opening content, plus your messages, AI replies, chats and memories. They apply to private chats and public characters alike. Calling something "fiction", "role-play" or "AI-generated" doesn't make prohibited content okay.

Not allowed

  • Anything sexual involving minors. Zero tolerance, including fictional characters, child-like characters and characters of unclear age. Every character you create must clearly be an adult.
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content. Romance, attraction and implied intimacy between adult characters are allowed; explicit content is not.
  • Sexual violence or non-consent, including sexual extortion and intimate images of real people shared without consent.
  • Real-world sexual services or human trafficking.
  • Extreme gore, torture, terrorism or credible threats, or methods for causing serious harm.
  • Encouraging self-harm, suicide or eating disorders, or giving methods for them.
  • Hate speech that attacks people for who they are.
  • Harassment, bullying or stalking of real people.
  • Sharing other people's private information, such as addresses, financial details or passwords.
  • Deceptive impersonation and harmful deepfakes, or using a real person's likeness without permission.
  • Misinformation designed to spread false claims.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement. A "fan work" label doesn't excuse it.
  • Scams, fraud, help with crimes, malicious code, spam, or gaming Crystal and rewards.

What happens if content breaks the rules

Automated checks and people review content. Content may be blocked, sent back for changes, hidden or removed, and accounts can be restricted, suspended or closed.
