The support panel in laffi opens from the chat bubble at the bottom right. It's where you get help, share ideas and see what's new.

Get help with a problem

Tap the chat bubble at the bottom right of laffi and open Messages.
Tell us what's going on. Quinn, our support assistant, answers using the laffi help center.
If Quinn can't fix it, or you'd rather talk to someone, ask for a person. You'll pick a topic (Account, Payment, Bug or Other), and we'll create a ticket for you.

Once you have a ticket, a Tickets tab appears in the same panel. It shows the ticket's status and our replies.

Can't see the bubble? It's hidden on chat screens so it doesn't cover the message box. Open your account menu and choose Feedback, or go to any other page.

How we reply

When we reply to your ticket, you'll see an unread notice in the support panel. We also email the verified address on your account. To answer us, use the link in that email to go back to your ticket in laffi. Replies sent to the email itself won't reach us.

If your account doesn't have a verified email, replies only show up in the support panel, so check back there.

Suggest a feature

Open Feedback in the support panel to see the public feedback board. Search first to see if someone has already suggested your idea. If they have, vote for it or leave a comment. If not, post a new suggestion. You can browse without signing in, but you need to sign in to post, vote or comment.

See what's new

Open Changelog in the support panel to see recent product updates. When there's something new, the bubble and the Changelog tab show an unread marker.

Reporting a character or reply

To report a character or an AI reply, use Report Character or Report reply in the chat. You don't need a support ticket for this.

Tap the chat bubble at the bottom right of laffi and ask for a person — we'll create a ticket and reply in the app and by email.
